Get down to the root cause.

Clinical naturopathy for people who want actual answers to their health questions — not a shrug of the shoulders, a generic list of supplements to take, and a "see you in 6 months" style follow-up process.

I'm Mado — BHSc qualified, NHAA registered, and selective about who I take on, because you deserve answers, not crickets.

01 — About

Trained clinically. Practised personally.

I didn't come to this from a health background — I came to it being unhealthy, and wanting to do better for myself. Years of driving trucks, bad food, and running on caffeine had left me exhausted. Learning about my own health is what sent me back to study naturopathic medicine properly, deeply, and eventually graduating from my degree with distinction. The standard I held myself to during university is the standard I hold each case to now. I am selective about who I work with, and thorough in my care — that is where I shine.

I built Down to Earth Naturopathy on a few core principles: identify your goals, identify the obstacles to achieving them — the root cause of the problem — and create a realistic pathway to overcoming it by addressing foundations first, then building through a pre-booked follow-up care plan. Ultimately, the results you want need to make sense before your protocol gets written, and we build from the foundations up. That means a real timeline of your health history, targeted pathology ordered and reviewed properly rather than skimmed over and being told "everything is fine" when you know it isn't, and a personalised plan that changes when the evidence tells us to change it — not a generic supplement list handed over after a 6-monthly, 10-minute follow-up.

In my clinical practice, most weeks involve cases that don't quite fit a standard template — thyroid patterns tangled with malabsorption, results that were technically "normal" but never actually explained, spotting chronic conditions forming long before a general practitioner would even think to look for the signs. Complex doesn't always have to mean confusing; it just means more pieces need to be looked at together, properly, by someone who takes the time to do so.

I didn't get into this to hand out supplement lists. I got into it to actually find out what's wrong.

02 — Working together

What you're actually paying for.

01

A practitioner who reads before you arrive

Your history, your prior results, and what's already been tried — reviewed before the first session, not figured out during it.

02

Answers for what "normal" results missed

For results that were filed as fine when they weren't, and symptoms that got a shrug instead of an explanation. Worked through properly, at the pace the case needs — not rushed to fit a cookie-cutter template.

03

A plan that's paid for, not chased

Simple packages that bundle the important sessions together, paid for upfront — so the work actually gets finished instead of trailing off after appointment one.

04

Practitioner-grade dispensing

Sourced through professional-only channels, dosed and sequenced around your actual results — not a generic stack sold on trends and sales volume.

03 — How it works

A small number of cases, worked properly.

I don't take every enquiry. This is the process for the ones I do — it exists so the work stays thorough, not so it's harder to reach me.

1

Enquire

Send a short note on what's going on. This isn't a form for form's sake — it's how I decide if I'm the right fit before either of us spends time on it.

2

I reply personally

If it's a fit, you'll get a booking link and payment details directly from me — no automated queue.

3

Book & prepay

Securing your place confirms you're ready to do the work, not just curious about it.

4

In-depth intake

A detailed intake form, reviewed properly before we meet — so session one starts at the real issue, not the paperwork.

5

Appointment one — the full picture

We go through your intake in detail, fill any gaps, and confirm exactly what you want out of this and by when. This session is about making sure nothing gets missed before any conclusions get drawn.

6

Between sessions — the actual work

Your case gets properly researched: clinical experience, thorough investigation, and AI-assisted analysis all used to connect the dots and recognise patterns a single conversation wouldn't surface — building toward a plan aimed squarely at your stated goals.

7

Appointment two — findings & recommendations

You get the full picture and the plan — including testing recommendations, diet and lifestyle changes, herbal and/or nutritional supplementation prescription, or usually some combination of these depending on your case history and stated goals. You decide what you want to move ahead with.

8

You action the plan

Testing, supplements, and anything else you've chosen to go ahead with are arranged and purchased.

9

Follow-up, booked immediately

Locked in before you leave appointment two — checking doses and how they're sitting, reviewing results, or seeing how the diet and lifestyle changes have actually gone. Nothing is left to follow up on its own.

04 — Packages

One price for the work, not a session at a time.

Sessions are priced as a premium, one-on-one investment — full pricing shared once I've reviewed your enquiry.

01

The Root Reset

Your three core appointments — full picture, findings and recommendations, and follow-up — plus a personalised, written treatment plan. One flat price, paid upfront.

02

Testing & pathology

If testing helps your case, you'll pay the lab directly for the test itself, and me separately for ordering the right ones and properly interpreting what comes back against your case. You'll always know the cost before anything's charged, and there's no pressure to decide on the spot.

03

Supplements & ongoing check-ins

Online ordering and repeat scripts are available where it's appropriate, so staying on track doesn't always mean a full appointment. Short reviews to keep things current are their own small cost, priced separately and always confirmed with you first.

05 — Why it's worth it

What you get here that a "6 monthly, 10-minute" appointment can't give you.

Clinical, not generic

I am trained specifically for this

A four-year clinical qualification and professional registration in naturopathic medicine — not a weekend course bolted onto a general practice.

Evidence first

Test, don't guess

Every protocol traces back to your results, your symptom patterns, or history detail — not a recent social media trend, and not a generic health template.

Full attention

A short list, not a queue

Because I only take on a limited number of cases at a time, everyone I work with gets my focused and in-depth attention to their case and their needs.

06 — Free resources

Something useful, no appointment required.

A few guides from the clinic, free to download — starting with the Anti-Inflammatory Diet Guide most people ask for, one of the most useful diet lists out there. Follow it to help reduce inflammation and oxidative stress throughout the body. More resources added over time.

A few places are open. Let's see if it's a fit.

I only take on a limited number of cases at a time so each one gets worked on properly, and not rushed. Please share a few lines on what's going on and what you have already tried in the past. I reply to every response personally, usually within a few business days. If I believe I can genuinely help you achieve your goals, I will reach out with the next steps.

Also in the works

Something else is quietly taking shape.

Over the last few years of self-growth and personal discovery, I am creating a passion project about getting unstuck and actually building the life you want, not just the one you somehow settled into. It's not launched yet, but it's growing, day by day — and I can't wait to share it with you! Leave your email if you'd like to be the first to know.
